In this series, I look back at the portraits of the 1970s, a decade in which pictures were frequently noted for their emotionlessness and modesty. In this time period, a subject's ability to convey themselves was mostly determined by the nuances of their eyes and their choice of clothing. I aimed to capture the essence of this distinctive time in visual narrative through these images, where the eyes and clothing served as the main means of expressing feelings and unspoken stories.
